Around 15 of us loaded up to go see Joe the Plumber at H&H Gun Range in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This was at a weekly meeting of the High Noon Club. It was interesting to learn that he is an Air Force Veteran and a proclaimed Christian.

38 year old Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher (Joe the Plumber) is running for a Congressional seat to represent his State of Ohio. He made a lot of sense about the topics that now face our country.  He also mentioned several times that we need to take care of our Veterans beyond welcoming them home from the war.

The crowd of roughly 120 people consisted of Preachers, Military Veterans, Lawyers, Local Politicians and others. One lady said she was from California.

Joe the Plumber spoke from his heart and not a teleprompter! He gave us roughly a twenty minute speech and then fielded questions for around 30 minutes.

After the meeting I introduced myself and began to tell  him about our Badges and Boots Ministry for Soldiers , Police and First Responders. I gave him a B&B tract and he told me he liked the idea of this Ministry.
