Arnold’s Premier Martial Arts

If you live near Sherman, Texas area I would highly recommend Arnold’s Premier Martial Arts for your whole family.  Rick Arnold is an excellent teacher and was inducted into the Master’s Martial Arts Hall of Fame in June of 2013.

There are several fighting disciplines to train in: Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Muy Thai, Tae Kwon Do, Krav Maga and Weapons. Each of these arts help improve coordination, motor skills, flexibility and endurance.
